Portfolio

My portfolio contains sites I have made either for assignments or during my spare time and my skills that I have obtained over the years of learning on the computer. My resume will be posted here shortly.

Projects

Simple Content Management System

This is my first Content Management System. Very crudly designed as I coded it as ideas popped in my mind. It works quite well but contains many bugs. It went from a simple directory reading of one folder to a content management system. I have decided to resume working on this project on localhost.
Due to access spamming by the spambot and my lack of time to devise a way to counter them. The directory is password protected. The username and password is testuser and testing

Humber Timetable Generator

This is a functional timetable generator made to create a humber course schedule. Most of the error check has not been implemented and it does not know how to check for course conflicts. It however is able to create a multi-period schedule and create a table accordingly. However, it does not know how to return an error when the end time is earlier than the start time. The purpose of this was simply to make a php script capable of dynamically creating a table and filling in values

SOCI045 Final Project

This was for my general education, Women and Popular Culture, course. We made a blog and filled it with entry relating to our topic. This is a simple functional blogging system with the ability to make new post entries (this has been disabled for demonstration purpose) and the ability for any visitor to make a comment for each blog entry. This was a collaboration work with 3 other Humber Game Programming students, Bryanna, Elliot and Joe.

This is the design I used for my Seneca Matrix website, I made this during my lecture in ULI101 class First Semester. This was designed purely just to kill time, and coded in the same day which I finished the same day. This site was designed using Photoshoped and coded in notepad using XHTML 1.0 Transitional Code and CSS.

This is another site I created using Photoshop + notepad++. I created this website to practice some XHTML and CSS. This site is coded mainly in XHTML 1.0 Strict and valid CSS. I have also implemented a PHP switch and Apache’s Mod Re-Write rule to redirect *.php files to look like *.html just for the fun of it.

Please See Live view for Site purpose.. This site was created in Photoshop and coded in Notepad using Valid XHTML and CSS code

INT222 Assignment 1 design. Images were created in Photoshop and the rest were coded in XHTML 1.0 Transitional. The purpose of this website was for INT222’s first assignment. Coded purely in XHTML format since assignment prohibited the use of any other code besides XHTML, not even styles which are basically CSS. This received an A+ for the final mark

This was the very first design for this website, but was short lived when it was replaced with its successor Version 2 before being replaced by this Wordpress blogging system which made maintaining this website much more convenient than before

Site 7 ScreenshotView Live
This was the second design for the dansden.org site (this site) before being replaced by the wordpress system you see today. I experimented with a spoono like system where you can change the color theme of the site. But it only changed the color and nothing else. It also implemented cookies to remember your color choice

This design was created for my INT222 Assignment 2. It implements Valid CSS code along with XHTML 1.1 Valid pages and XHTML 1.0 Framset pages. The design was created in Photoshop and was coded using Notepad++. This received an A+ for the final mark

This is a simple website that I created during GAME240 class. Coded in Komodo editor and designed in Photoshop CS3. Valid XHTML1.0 Strict and valid CSS. This is my first attempt on a light theme seeing as how the rest on my site is more towards dark theme sites.
